3. Booking & Enquiry

Submitting an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not automatically guarantee a confirmed booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after Vedika Travels confirms the availability, applicable fare and other relevant booking details with the customer.

4. Fare & Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the route, distance, vehicle, travel date, trip type and other travel requirements.

Additional charges such as tolls, parking, state taxes, permits or other applicable charges may be payable separately where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Provide correct pickup and destination details.
• Be available at the agreed pickup location and time.
• Treat the vehicle and driver respectfully.
• Follow applicable laws and safety requirements.

6. Pickup & Waiting Time

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Additional waiting charges may apply if the vehicle or driver is required to wait beyond the agreed or reasonable waiting period.

Airport pickups may be subject to waiting-time policies depending on the booking and flight information provided.

7. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation or modification of a booking should be communicated to Vedika Travels as early as possible.

Any applicable cancellation charges, refund conditions or modification fees will depend on the specific booking, vehicle availability, travel date and applicable service terms.

Customers should confirm the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking.

8. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle images, models and specifications displayed on the website are for general reference. The exact vehicle provided may vary depending on availability and operational requirements.

Where possible, Vedika Travels may provide a similar vehicle of comparable category if the originally requested vehicle is unavailable.

9. Driver & Vehicle Safety

We aim to provide safe and reliable transportation through properly maintained vehicles and professional drivers. However, travel may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Vedika Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide services as scheduled. However, we cannot guarantee exact arrival or travel times in situations involving traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Customers should check the vehicle carefully before leaving and ensure that no valuables or personal items are left behind.

12. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use the vehicle for unlawful activities or activities that may put the driver, vehicle or other passengers at risk.

Any behaviour that threatens or abuses the driver or other passengers may result in termination of the journey, subject to applicable law.

13. WhatsApp Communication

Customers may contact Vedika Travels through WhatsApp for enquiries, quotations and booking communication.

WhatsApp is a third-party platform and its own terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of the service.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, vehicle availability, prices, service details and other information may change without prior notice.
